Guests land on different flights, sleep in different hotels, and the venue is usually out in the countryside where no train or bus goes. We drive them: airport to hotel, hotel to ceremony, and venue back to the hotel in the early hours, with a driver and a fixed price agreed before the day.
The wedding journeys we cover
Airport arrivals
We meet each guest at Barcelona-El Prat (T1 or T2) with a name sign and flight tracking. 60 min free waiting from the actual landing time.
Hotel → ceremony → reception
Departures from one or several hotels timed to the ceremony, and on to the reception venue if it is somewhere else.
Late-night returns
Several departures from the venue through the night, booked in advance. No taxis pass by in the countryside and ride apps do not always have signal.
Car with driver by the hour
For the couple or the family: the same car and driver for the day, between home, ceremony, photos and reception.
Vehicles for your guests
For large groups we run several vehicles at once, each with its own driver and schedule.
Sedans and minivans for families arriving at the airport; vans and minibuses to move guests together between the hotel and the venue. The booking form shows the seats and luggage of each category before you pay.
If children are travelling, child seats are available on request for a small supplement: add each child’s age when you book.
How we organise it
- Send us the date, the venue, the hotels and a rough guest count (on WhatsApp or through the contact form).
- We propose the vehicles and the timings: arrivals, the run to the ceremony and the night-time returns. The price is fixed per vehicle and agreed before the day.
- Each flight is tracked on its own: if a guest lands late, their driver waits.
- On the wedding day, drivers wait 15 min free at hotels and addresses; for long waits at the venue, book the hourly service.
Tips so the transport does not let you down
Book the returns when you book the outward trips
It is the part people forget. At 1 am at a masia in the Empordà or the Penedès there are no passing taxis. With the returns booked, the vehicle is waiting when the party ends.
Plan two or three return runs
A first run after dinner for older guests and families with children, and the last one when the bar closes. Nobody has to leave early or wait until the very end.
Ask the venue about access
Some venues have dirt tracks or a narrow gate. Ask whether a minibus can reach the door or whether guests are dropped at the car park, and send us the exact pickup point.
Group guests by flight and by hotel
The more guests share a time and a destination, the fewer vehicles you need. A list with each guest’s flight, arrival time and hotel is all we need to group them.

Wedding transportation FAQ
How much does wedding guest transport cost?
It depends on the journeys, the vehicles and the time of day. For a single trip you see the fixed price in the booking form before you pay; for a full wedding we send a quote with a fixed price per vehicle.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially in wedding season (May to October) and on Saturdays. You can book now with a rough guest count and adjust later.
Can you do several return runs during the night?
Yes. They are booked as departures at set times from the venue: for example, one after dinner and another at the end of the party.
Do you reach venues with no public transport?
Yes. That is the usual case: masias and estates in the Penedès, the Empordà, the Montseny or the Pyrenees that no train reaches. We pick up and drop off at the door or at the point the venue tells us.
What if a guest’s flight is delayed?
We track every flight and count waiting time from the actual arrival: 60 minutes free at the airport.
Can we get an invoice?
Yes. We can invoice the couple, the family or the wedding planner’s company.
