How much does it cost to take skis in a Barcelona transfer?
Skis and boards travel as special equipment: €15 per set per passenger, with a limit per vehicle — one set in a saloon, two or three in a minivan, four or more in a van. Tell us how many sets you are carrying when you book: if they do not fit, we quote the larger vehicle before you pay, never after.
The same logic applies to every bulky item. A bike in its box, a golf bag, a suitcase you did not declare: each one has a published price and a physical limit. Both are on this page.

How much special luggage fits in each vehicle
This is the table that avoids the argument. Special luggage takes space that passenger seats do not free up, so the limit is physical, not commercial. Tell us how many sets you are carrying when you book.

Eight passengers with eight ski sets do not fit in one vehicle. When that happens we quote two vehicles or a minibus before you pay.

A child seat is equipment, not a passenger. It does not use up one of the seats you booked, so a family of four with two child seats still books a car for four.
Waiting time: what is free and what is charged
Free waiting is included in every transfer and starts at the scheduled pickup time:

Only once that free window runs out do we charge €18 for each additional 30 minutes. On airport pickups we track the flight, so a delayed landing moves the pickup instead of eating your free waiting time.

- How much does it cost to take skis or a snowboard?
- €15 per set per passenger, per journey. A set means skis or a board plus poles and a boot bag. Ask for it when you book and it is included in the price you pay.
- How many ski sets fit in one vehicle?
- One set in a saloon, two or three in a minivan, four or more in a van. Special luggage takes boot space, so the limit is physical and does not change by removing passengers.
- We are eight people with eight ski sets. What happens?
- Eight sets do not fit in one vehicle. Tell us the number of sets when you book and we quote two vehicles or a minibus before you pay, never after.
- Do you charge for a pushchair?
- No. A folding pushchair travels at no charge, and so does a folding walking frame. Tell us at booking so we leave room in the boot.
- How much free waiting time do I get?
- Free waiting is 60 minutes at Barcelona-El Prat Airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port and Sants station, and 15 minutes at any other address. After that it is €18 for each additional 30 minutes.
- Can I bring my bike?
- Yes, packed in a box or a bike bag: €15 per bike. A saloon cannot take one, a minivan takes one and a van takes two or three.
- What if I arrive with more suitcases than I declared?
- Each extra suitcase is €6, as long as it fits in the vehicle you booked. If it does not fit we have to send a larger vehicle, which is why it is cheaper to declare the real number when you book.
- Does a child seat use up one of the seats I booked?
- No. A child seat is equipment, not a passenger: it does not count towards the number of passengers. A family of four travelling with two child seats still books a vehicle for four.
