What vehicle do I need for a group cruise transfer in Barcelona?
It depends on your group size and luggage. These are the vehicles we can book you today, straight from our fleet:

Travelling with more than 14 passengers? That no longer fits in a single vehicle, so it is not something you can price online. Tell us the group and we quote you by hand, normally the same day. Same for a last-minute pickup.

- How many people fit in a group transfer to the cruise port?
- For groups we run Minivan / SUV (up to 7 passengers, 7 bags), Van XL (up to 8 passengers, 12 bags) and Van XXL (up to 14 passengers, 14 bags) — all at a fixed price agreed at booking, with no per-person surcharge. Bigger than that and we quote you by hand, because it needs more than one vehicle.
- How much does a cruise port group transfer cost?
- Prices start from €46 between Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and the cruise terminals at Moll Adossat. The exact fixed price for your group size, vehicle and date is shown before you pay.
- Can you time the transfer to our boarding window?
- Yes. Tell us your ship’s name and boarding time when booking and we set the pickup so you reach the terminal with margin, without waiting around in the car.
- Do you drop off at the exact terminal (A, B, C, D, E or H)?
- Yes. We drop your group at the embarkation door of your terminal, not at a distant car park — give us the cruise line, the ship name and, as soon as your documents show it, the terminal letter. The Port Authority assigns the terminal call by call, so that letter is the one that counts.
- Can we book child seats for a family group?
- Yes, on request for a supplement from €4. Tell us the number and ages of the children travelling and we bring the right seats, in any of our group vehicles.
- What if our flight lands late and the ship boards soon after?
- We track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, so a delayed arrival does not put your boarding window at risk. On the way back, from the cruise terminal, the free waiting time is 30 minutes.
