Where does my driver meet me at Barcelona Cruise Port?
Your driver waits right at the embarkation door of your assigned terminal — or, on disembarkation, right at the terminal exit — holding a sign with your name. That is different from the port shuttle, which leaves passengers at a car park some distance from the ship, awkward with cruise luggage.
Barcelona’s cruise port spans two areas: Moll Adossat, the working quay where the vast majority of ships berth, and Moll de Barcelona (World Trade Center), closer to the city centre. The exact terminal is assigned call by call by the Port Authority and is usually known only days ahead, so we don’t invent it. Tell us your ship’s name when you book and, once your documents show the letter, the terminal.

The terminal is assigned call by call by the Barcelona Port Authority, so the letter printed on your cruise documents is the one that counts.

A note on Saturday/Sunday port-day pricing
Moll Adossat is busiest on the Saturdays and Sundays when several ships turn around on the same tide — access roads queue and terminal car parks fill fast. Whatever that means for pricing on your exact date is already built into the fixed price you see when you enter your route and date — never added afterwards. What you agree to at booking is what you pay, port-day or not.

- Where exactly does my driver wait for me at the cruise port?
- Right at the embarkation (or disembarkation) door of your terminal, holding a sign with your name — not at a distant car park or shuttle stop. Tell us your ship’s name at booking and it reaches your driver as you wrote it; add the terminal letter as soon as your cruise documents show it and that is the door we go to.
- How long does it take from Barcelona Airport to the cruise port?
- The airport-to-port leg covers about 16 km along the Ronda Litoral and normally takes 20-30 minutes, though double-call days (several ships in port at once) can add congestion from late morning. Prices start from €46.
- Which cruise terminals do you cover?
- Every terminal at Moll Adossat: A, B, C, D (Palacruceros), E (Helix) and H — MSC’s own terminal, in service since 2025 and the busiest in the port. If your ship berths at Terminal Sud at the World Trade Center (Moll de Barcelona) instead, we cover that too. The Port Authority assigns the terminal call by call, so the letter on your cruise documents is the one that counts — tell us and we go to that door.
- Do you provide child seats for the transfer?
- Yes, for a supplement from €4. Tell us the number and ages of the children travelling and the driver brings the right seats or boosters, fitted and checked before departure.
- Is there a supplement on embarkation days (Saturday/Sunday)?
- Moll Adossat is busiest on the Saturdays and Sundays when several ships turn around on the same tide, and pricing for those dates reflects that. Whatever applies to your exact date is already included in the fixed price shown before you pay — nothing is added on the day.
- My flight lands the same day my cruise sails — how much margin should I leave?
- We generally recommend landing by midday if your ship sails that evening. Share your flight number and we track it in real time; if you land late, we include 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport from your actual landing, and we adjust the pickup time and email you.
- Can I message my driver directly?
- Yes. There is no call centre — the same person who confirms your booking on WhatsApp is the one assigning and coordinating your driver.
- Can you take a group with a lot of cruise luggage?
- Yes. Beyond the standard sedan, we run Minivan/SUV, Van XL and Van XXL for larger groups, plus minibuses on request for the biggest cruise groups, quoted on WhatsApp — see the price table below and our minibus service.
