Questions from hotels
Does it cost the hotel anything?
You do not advance anything. Guests pay for their transfer when they book, and you receive your margin or commission every month with the report of completed transfers.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. We start from a minimum reference rate (airport ↔ hotel in Barcelona city: sedan €45, minivan €60, van €70, VAT included) and you sell at any price above it. The difference is yours. If you prefer, we work on commission.
How do my guests book?
Through the link or button on your website, the QR code or confirmation email, or at reception with the tablet screen. Your team can also book for them.
Who drives?
Drivers with a VTC or taxi licence, chosen and checked by us. They wait with a sign showing the guest's name and your hotel logo, help with the luggage and treat guests with discretion.
What if the flight is delayed?
We track the flight and the pickup adapts to the actual arrival time. At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting time are included.
What does the hotel see?
Every booking and its status and, once the driver is on the way, the car on the map. At the end of the month, a report of all transfers and the settlement.
Only airport transfers?
No. Also the cruise port, Sants station, day trips and transfers across Catalonia and Andorra, with vehicles from sedan to 22-seat minibus.
