1. Scope of Service

QuickPickups offers private transport services (VTC/taxi) in Barcelona, including transfers to El Prat Airport (BCN), cruise port, intercity transfers and hourly services, subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings are made online or via WhatsApp/email. A booking is confirmed once written confirmation is received from QuickPickups. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are fixed, no hidden costs, included in the booking confirmation. The fare for the booked service is paid by card through a secure payment gateway (VAT included). Extra services or last-minute changes —extra waiting beyond the free allowance, luggage above what was booked, additional stops, etc.— carry an additional cost that is agreed and settled directly with the driver before the journey begins.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are free with 24 hours or more notice (full refund for cancellations). Between 24 hours and the minimum cancellation window —3 hours on normal days; 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves— a change may carry a cost and a cancellation a charge, as the driver is reserved exclusively for you. Below that minimum, the booking is last-minute and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. All changes are communicated via email or WhatsApp. See the details on "How it works".

5. Flight Tracking and Flight Cancellation

We monitor your flight in real time and, in case of delay, we wait at no extra cost for up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time. A flight cancellation or delay is the airline’s responsibility, not QuickPickups’; if your airline cancels your flight, contact us as soon as possible to reschedule subject to availability.

6. Liability

We hold mandatory civil liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic or other external factors.

7. Google Maps and reviews on Google

This website includes Google Maps features and content, such as the rating and review count of our Google listing. Their use is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Reviews are posted by users on Google and moderated by Google; QuickPickups does not select, edit or verify them.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. Official complaint forms are available to you: see "Complaints" in the Legal Notice.
