What's the difference between a private transfer and a regular taxi?
The car is only yours — no sharing the ride or stops with anyone else — and the price is locked in before you get in, so it doesn't depend on traffic or how the meter runs. Your driver waits for you with a name sign at the agreed spot, instead of you having to flag down a free taxi.
How does airport pickup in Barcelona actually work?
Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing your name. We track your flight in real time, so if you land early or late we adjust the pickup ourselves — you don't need to call and tell us. And yes, they'll help with your bags.
Do you book cruise port transfers?
Yes, direct pickup at the port or Moll Adossat, timed around your embarkation. Same fixed-price approach as everything else, whether you travel solo or in a group.
What vehicles do you have?

How much does an airport transfer cost?
From €42 for an economy vehicle (up to 4 passengers) between El Prat and Barcelona city centre. That's the final price, not an estimate — you see it locked before you pay, no meter running. For groups or a premium vehicle, check the quote tool for your exact route.
Do the drivers speak English?
Most do, comfortably. A lot of our clients are tourists or international business travellers, so communication shouldn't be an issue at any point of the trip.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes, on request. Mention it when booking or just call us and we'll assign an accessible vehicle subject to availability — a bit of advance notice helps if you can give it.
How long will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time: if it is delayed, we adjust the pickup. Free waiting is 60 minutes at the airport (from the actual landing time), 30 at the cruise port and Sants station, and 15 at hotels and any other address. After that, each extra 30 minutes of waiting costs €18, paid to the driver.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes: with 24 hours or more notice, cancellation is free with a full refund. Between 24 hours and the minimum cancellation window —3 hours on normal days; 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves— a cancellation may carry a charge, as the driver is reserved exclusively for you. Below that minimum, the booking is last-minute and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Can I change the time or details of my booking?
Yes. Request the change by email or WhatsApp with your booking number. With 24 hours or more notice it is free. Between 24 hours and the minimum —3 hours on normal days; 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves— a change may carry a cost. Below that minimum, the booking can no longer be changed.
How do I pay, and what does the price include?
The transfer fare is paid online by card when you book, through a secure payment gateway, VAT included and with no card surcharge. The price is fixed and includes tolls and parking. Only extras or last-minute changes (extra waiting, luggage above what was booked, additional stops) are agreed and paid directly to the driver before the journey begins.
Do you have child seats, and how much do they cost?
Yes, and the driver brings them. Infant carrier (0–13 kg, up to ~15 months): €6.81; Convertible seat (9–18 kg, ~9 months–4 years): €4.86; Booster seat (15–36 kg, ~4–12 years): €3.89, per unit and per journey. Children count as passengers, but the seat does not take up an extra place. In Spain they are required for children under 135 cm. Choose them when you book and tell us each child's age in the comments.
What if I have extra bags or special luggage?
To avoid surprises, tell us your real number of bags when you book: each suitcase beyond the number you declared costs €6. Skis and boards travel as special equipment: €15 per set per passenger, with a limit per vehicle — one set in a saloon, two or three in a minivan, four or more in a van. A bike packed in a box or bike bag costs €15 and a golf bag €12. Folding pushchairs and walking frames travel free of charge: tell us when you book so we leave room in the boot.
Do you do transfers for large groups or by minibus?
Yes. Our fleet ranges from a standard sedan to group vans, and the booking form shows the real seats and luggage of every category at a fixed price. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle or you need a minibus, continue with the booking and request your quote online in the next step, or message us on WhatsApp and we will quote you.
Do you operate at night or at short notice?
Yes, the service runs 24/7 and the price you see when you book is final, whatever the hour. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. In the city of Barcelona you can book online just 10 to 30 minutes ahead, depending on the pickup area. If you need it sooner, message us on WhatsApp or call +34 711 206 600.
