You set the pickup time yourself when you book.
- How many passengers and bags fit?
- It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. Enter passengers and bags when booking: the search only shows you the vehicles where everything fits, with real seat and luggage figures. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].
- How does this compare to the Aerobús for getting to the airport?
- The Aerobús is cheaper but you need to reach Plaça Catalunya first with your luggage, then queue for the shuttle. A private transfer picks you up at your hotel or apartment door and drops you at the correct terminal, no second leg.
- Do you know which terminal my flight departs from?
- Tell us your flight number when booking and we confirm whether it’s T1 or T2 (they are about 4 km apart) so the driver takes the right access road from the start.
