- How long does the transfer from Barcelona Airport to Salou take?
- About 105 km and 75–90 minutes on the AP-7 without stops, door to door. The fixed price from €173 covers the whole journey, tolls included.
- When are the PortAventura parks open, and how does that affect my pickup?
- PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land open for most of the year on a seasonal calendar, while Caribe Aquatic Park runs in summer only. Opening and closing times change from one date to the next, so check the official PortAventura calendar for your day and give us the closing time — we set the return pickup from the resort with margin after it.
- Do you run transfers during the Halloween and Christmas seasons at PortAventura?
- Yes, all year round. The Halloween season in autumn and the Christmas season in December are among the busiest weeks at the resort, with a timetable that differs from summer. Book your transfer early for those dates and tell us the closing time of the day you travel back, so the pickup matches it.
- Is Reus Airport a good option for Salou in winter?
- Reus Airport (REU) is much closer to Salou than Barcelona, but it runs a largely seasonal schedule: from roughly November to February very few flights operate. Outside the summer season most visitors fly into Barcelona-El Prat and take the 75–90 minute transfer down the coast. - Is there a bus from Barcelona Airport to Salou?
- Yes. Plana runs a direct coach from Barcelona Airport to the Costa Daurada with stops in Salou, La Pineda and Cambrils, and for a solo traveller with hand luggage it is genuinely the cheapest way in. It runs to a fixed timetable, makes several stops along the coast and leaves you at a bus stop rather than your hotel door, with a limited luggage allowance. For a family with children, child seats and holiday luggage, one private minivan split across the group usually works out close to the coach per person — without the stops or the wait for the next departure if your flight is late.
- We arrive at Barcelona Sants by train — can you pick us up there?
- Yes. We collect you at Sants station with 30 minutes of free waiting from the arrival time you give us, and drive straight to your hotel in Salou. Enter Sants as the pickup point in the form to see the fixed price.
- Do child seats cost extra?
- Child and booster seats are available on request for a supplement from €4 on top of the fixed transfer price — they are not included by default. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book and we confirm the total, seats included.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].
