Partner FAQ
How are partner prices set?
By contract: a net rate per route and vehicle, or a commission on the public price. Prices are fixed and do not change after the booking is confirmed.
How does payment work?
One monthly invoice with all the services of the month. For small volumes, pay-per-booking is also possible.
Do I need developers?
Only for the API. The partner account and the link with your code work without any coding.
Is there a test environment for the API?
Yes. You get a test key to make bookings that create no real services, and go live once everything works.
What if a flight is delayed or cancelled?
We track the flight and adapt the pickup to the actual landing at no cost. Cancellations within the agreed window are not invoiced.
Can you handle large groups or several vehicles at once?
Yes. For trade fairs, congresses and groups we coordinate several vehicles on the same service.
