The private transfer between Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and Barcelona city centre is our most-booked route. It covers around 14 kilometres that, depending on traffic, take 20–35 minutes via the C-31 or C-32 highways. We pick you up at either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and drop you directly at your hotel or apartment door — no intermediate stops, no sharing. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].
- How does this compare to the Aerobús?
- The Aerobús is cheaper (from about €7.75–9.50) but only reaches Plaça Catalunya, so you still need a taxi, metro or a walk with your bags from there. Our private transfer costs more but takes you straight to your hotel or apartment door in any neighbourhood, with no second leg.
- Do you serve both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2?
- Yes. Tell us your terminal when booking (T1 and T2 are about 4 km apart) and your driver waits in the correct arrivals hall with a name sign.
- Is this available for very early or late flights?
- Yes, 24/7. This is actually where a private transfer matters most: before the metro opens or after the Aerobús stops running, it's the only door-to-door option with a pickup time agreed in advance and a driver who tracks your flight.
- My hotel is outside the centre (Gràcia, Poblenou, Sants, Montjuïc, Hospitalet) — do you still go there?
- Yes, anywhere in Greater Barcelona. This is one of the main reasons travellers choose a private transfer over the Aerobús, which only serves the Plaça Catalunya / Sants corridor.
