Transfer companies: join the QuickPickups network
QuickPickups receives transfer requests for destinations where it has no fleet of its own. We are looking for companies with a VTC, taxi or coach licence in other cities in Spain and Europe that want to handle those services at a price agreed in advance, with reliable payment.
What we ask for
We only work with legally registered companies whose paperwork is up to date. To join we need:
Company CIF / VAT number
Tax and contact details of the company or the self-employed holder.
Transport licence or authorisation
VTC, taxi or coach passenger transport, depending on your activity and your city.
Passenger and public liability insurance
Policies in force that cover the service you provide.
Bank certificate in the company name
So we always pay into an account that belongs to the company.
Collaboration contract
Signed when you join; it sets out the service and invoicing rules.
How it works

You register your company and your cities
Tell us which cities and airports you cover and with which vehicle types.

You upload your rate per trip and vehicle
You set the price of each trip and vehicle; it is the price at which we assign you the service.

You receive bookings with passenger details
Name, contact, flight or train, time, address and special needs, all in the booking.

You confirm driver and plate number
Before the service you tell us who is driving and in which vehicle.

You are paid at month end against your invoice
At month end you invoice the services completed and we pay by bank transfer.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of companies can you accept?
Companies with a VTC, taxi or coach licence, valid insurance and the ability to issue invoices. A large fleet or a self-employed operator with their own vehicle can both apply.
Who sets the price?
You do. You give us your rate per trip and vehicle, and that is what applies to the service we assign you. Specific terms are in the contract.
When do I get paid?
At month end: you invoice the services of the month and we pay by bank transfer to your company account.
Do I have to accept every service?
No. You receive the booking with all the details and confirm whether you can take it, with driver and plate number.
Do I pay to join the network?
We do not charge for registration.
