Barcelona Cruise Port terminals — where exactly we pick you up
Barcelona’s cruise port spreads across two areas: the Adossat Quay (Moll Adossat), a working quay away from downtown where the vast majority of cruise ships berth, and Moll de Barcelona (World Trade Center), right next to the city. The exact terminal is assigned by the Port Authority call by call and is usually known only days ahead, so we do not invent it: give us your ship’s name and, once your documents show the letter, the terminal.
Terminal A, B, C (Moll Adossat)

Terminal D — Palacruceros (Moll Adossat)

Next to the World Trade Center building, closer to the city centre than Adossat Quay but a different access road and pickup point. Mostly used by small and luxury ships.
Because Barcelona’s cruise terminals sit in two separate physical areas of the port with different access roads — and there is over a kilometre of quay between Terminal A and Terminal H on Moll Adossat alone — waiting at the wrong one can genuinely cost you 20-30 minutes. That is why we ask for your ship’s name at booking and, if your documents show it, the terminal letter: both reach your driver.

- The drive to Barcelona Airport takes about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Airlines usually recommend arriving 2 hours before a European flight and 3 hours before a long-haul one, so choose your pickup time with that margin and add extra time at rush hour. You set the pickup time yourself when you book.
- How many passengers and bags fit?
- It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].
- How many people fit in one private transfer?
- Our standard sedan is for small parties with luggage. For larger groups we offer minivans and vans (real seat and bag figures in the vehicle table above), so cruise groups and families can travel together in one vehicle.
- Can you meet me at my disembarkation terminal?
- Yes. Tell us your ship's name and, if you already have it, the terminal letter (A, B, C, D, E or H on Moll Adossat, or Terminal Sud at the WTC) when you book — both reach your driver, who waits at that gate rather than a distant car park.
- Which cruise terminals do you serve for disembarkation?
- All of them: A, B, C, D (Palacruceros), E (Helix) and H — MSC’s own terminal — on Moll Adossat, plus Terminal Sud at the World Trade Center. We wait right at your terminal’s exit, not at a distant car park.
- What if disembarkation takes longer than expected?
- Your driver waits 30 minutes free from the agreed time at the port and the fixed price does not change. If your line runs a slow disembarkation, message the operator on WhatsApp and we push the pickup back — that is the fastest way to reach your driver.
- Is there public transport from the cruise port to the airport?
- No direct line. From Moll Adossat or the WTC terminals, public transport means at least one change plus reaching the nearest stop on foot with cruise luggage — not realistic if you have a same-day flight.
- My flight leaves the same day I disembark — how much margin should I leave?
- We recommend booking a flight from midday onwards if you’re flying out the day you disembark, to allow for immigration, baggage and the drive to the airport without rushing.
