How long is the journey and how many kilometres?

The trip is about 210 km and 183–213 minutes door to door, depending on traffic. The fixed price from €319 covers the whole route — no meter, no surprises.

How can I book this transfer?

Is the price fixed or can it change?

The price is completely fixed from €319. No meter and no hidden tolls, and the standard luggage you declare when booking is included. Special luggage (skis or a board, a bike, golf clubs or suitcases beyond those declared) has its own published rate on our extras page and is added before you pay. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time through the flight number you provide at booking. If there’s a delay, your driver proposes a new pickup time at no extra cost and we email it to you. You also get 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.

How many passengers and bags fit?

It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. Enter passengers and bags when booking: the search only shows you the vehicles where everything fits, with real seat and luggage figures. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].

Do you also go to Pal and Ordino Arcalís?

Yes. Arinsal and Pal share the same lift system above La Massana and we drive to the hotel door in either. Ordino Arcalís is a short drive further up its own valley — enter the hotel address when you book and the exact fixed price appears.

Do I need my passport for this trip?

Yes. Andorra is not in the EU or the Schengen area, so border checks do happen (more frequently on the way out of Andorra than on the way in). Keep your passport or national ID card accessible.

Which road do you take at the end?

After Andorra la Vella the driver turns onto the CG-4 through La Massana and up to Arinsal, instead of continuing along the CG-2 towards Soldeu and Pas de la Casa. It is the shortest of the three resort runs.

What happens if it snows on the way up?

We climb from the Spanish side — the C-16 with the Cadí Tunnel, or the C-14 — and the driver picks between the two on the day. For mountain routes we assign a vehicle that is ready for them: our fleet meets the mandatory winter equipment rules and, when conditions call for it, the assigned vehicle goes up with chains on board. Andorra requires winter equipment across its whole road network from 1 November to 15 May; in Spain the obligation is triggered by the R-412 sign on the stretch itself. In heavy snow, build in extra time (30–45 minutes) over the usual run of about 3 h 03.

Can you take skis, snowboards and boot bags?

Skis and boards travel as special equipment: €15 per set per passenger, with a limit per vehicle — one set in a saloon, two or three in a minivan, four or more in a van. Tell us how many sets you are carrying when you book: if they do not fit, we quote the larger vehicle before you pay, never after.

Are child seats included?

No — child and booster seats are available on request for a supplement from €4 on top of the fixed price. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book and we confirm the total with the seats included.
