What time should I be picked up to catch my flight?

The drive to Barcelona Airport takes about 10–18 minutes, depending on traffic. Airlines usually recommend arriving 2 hours before a European flight and 3 hours before a long-haul one, so choose your pickup time with that margin and add extra time at rush hour. You set the pickup time yourself when you book.

How many passengers and bags fit?

It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. Enter passengers and bags when booking: the search only shows you the vehicles where everything fits, with real seat and luggage figures. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.

Can I cancel my booking?

Can I take the metro from the airport to L'Hospitalet?

Yes, without changing. Metro line L9 Sud runs from T1 and T2 straight into L'Hospitalet, stopping at Fira, Europa|Fira, Can Tries|Gornal, Torrassa and Collblanc. The R2 Nord train from T2 also calls at Bellvitge station. For the Fira Gran Via and nearby hotels it's practical if you travel light; check operating hours if your flight is very early or late.

Where will the driver meet us at Fira Gran Via?

Tell us which entrance you'll leave by. Fira Gran Via has three separate entrances, South, East and North, spread along a large site. The South entrance connects with Fira metro station on the L9 and has been the main MWC entrance; the North entrance is close to Foc station on the L10 Sud. Your driver waits at the entrance you choose, which saves a long walk with cases.
