Airlines usually recommend arriving 2 hours before a European flight and 3 hours before a long-haul one, so choose your pickup time with that margin and add extra time at rush hour. You set the pickup time yourself when you book.
- How many passengers and bags fit?
- It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. - Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].
- Is there a direct train or bus from Barcelona Airport to Tarragona?
- There's no direct train. By rail you take the R2 Nord from T2 to Barcelona Sants and change there to a regional R14, R15 or R16 for Tarragona station. High-speed trains from Sants stop instead at Camp de Tarragona, about 11 km outside the city. Plana runs coaches from T1 and T2 that call at Tarragona. Check the current timetable before you travel.
- Can you collect us from the cruise terminal at the Port of Tarragona?
- Yes. Cruise ships in Tarragona berth at the Moll de Balears, inside the commercial port and roughly 2 km from the Rambla Nova, so walking out with luggage isn't a realistic option. When you book, give us the ship's name and your expected disembarkation time; your driver meets you at the terminal and you head straight for El Prat.
