These vehicles cannot be selected in the booking form yet: message us on WhatsApp with the group, luggage, route and date and we confirm vehicle and price before you book anything. Minibus by the hour (at your disposal)
For weddings, corporate events, shopping runs or excursions with waiting: the minibus and its driver stay at your disposal. Minimum 3 hours, with 25 km included per contracted hour (excess at 0.90 €/km). Driver, fuel, VAT and urban parking included.

Full day (7–10 h): ask us for the closed day package — it beats the hourly rate and includes regulated tourist parking.

For destinations outside the table we quote per outbound kilometre (20 km minimum), tolls and VAT included and the return leg already built into the rate. International routes always by custom quote.

Surcharges and time bands
Full transparency: these are the only surcharges that exist and they are shown before you pay. The embarkation-day fare covers what turnaround days really cost at the port: access queues at Moll Adossat and vehicles tied up in the Sunday peak.

- Extra waiting: €40/h in 15-min blocks, after the free waiting included.

Clear conditions, in writing
Cancellation
Free up to 24 h before with a full refund; within 24 h, 50%. If your airline cancels the flight, you pay nothing.
Changes
One free date or time change up to 24 h before; later changes subject to availability. Strikes and flight cancellations are handled flexibly and we document everything for your airline claim.
Payment
Card via a secure payment link. Refunds to the same payment method within 5–10 working days. Every booking is invoiced with VAT.
Luggage
What you declare when booking. If undeclared excess shows up, we propose the category change before confirming — never at the kerb on travel day.

Which group vehicle sizes can be booked online?
Today: Van XL (8 seats and 12 suitcases) and Van XXL (14 seats and 14 suitcases). Every category publishes its seats and real luggage capacity, and the booking form only shows you the ones where everything fits. Minibuses on request (Minibus 13, Minibus 16 Premium, Minibus 19 and Minibus 22) are arranged on WhatsApp.
How do I know our luggage will fit?
When booking you declare passengers and bags and the form only offers the categories where both fit. Example: Minivan / SUV takes 7 suitcases; with more luggage it proposes Van XL (12 suitcases).
Do you run group transfers to the cruise port?
It is our speciality. We know the Moll Adossat terminals (A-E, MSC) and turnaround-Sunday congestion, and we drop you at the door of your exact terminal. The driver tracks your flight if you arrive the same day.
What if we are more than your largest vehicle?
Online we book up to 14 passengers and 14 bags in a single vehicle. Beyond that, or for a minibus (Minibus 13, Minibus 16 Premium, Minibus 19 and Minibus 22), message us on WhatsApp: a person confirms availability, vehicle and price before you book.
Is the price fixed? What does it include?
Yes: VAT, tolls, airport and port fees, declared luggage, flight tracking and meet & greet with a name sign. On arrivals you get 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport. There is nothing to pay on the day.
Can you fit child seats?
Yes, for a supplement from €4. Tell us ages or heights when booking and the driver brings the seats or boosters fitted and checked.
How much does a minibus from the airport to central Barcelona cost?
€165 per vehicle (not per person) in a Van XXL (14 seats and 14 suitcases), VAT, tolls and fees included: that is the price you see and pay when you book online. Are there any surcharges?
Only the published ones: night-time (pickups 22:00–06:00) +20%, public holidays +20%, Christmas/New Year/Epiphany +40%, Sunday embarkation days +15%, port Saturdays +10% and bookings under 24 h +10%. They are shown before you pay — never a surprise on the day.
Can I hire the minibus by the hour?
Yes, at your disposal with a 3-hour minimum: €108/h in a Van XXL (14 seats and 14 suitcases), with 25 km included per contracted hour. For the other minibuses and for full days of 7 to 10 hours, ask us for a price on WhatsApp.
What if we are a small group?
For small groups there is Economy (4 seats and 3 suitcases), Comfort (4 seats and 3 suitcases) and Minivan / SUV (7 seats and 7 suitcases) — you can see each with its seats and luggage on our fleet page.
