- What time should I be picked up to catch my flight?
- The drive to Barcelona Airport takes about 75–90 minutes, depending on traffic. Airlines usually recommend arriving 2 hours before a European flight and 3 hours before a long-haul one, so choose your pickup time with that margin and add extra time at rush hour. You set the pickup time yourself when you book.
- How many passengers and bags fit?
- It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. Enter passengers and bags when booking: the search only shows you the vehicles where everything fits, with real seat and luggage figures. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.
- Can I cancel my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].
- Is there a train from Barcelona Airport to PortAventura?
- Not a direct one. Salou–PortAventura station is served by a few daily R17 trains from Barcelona, which call at Sants, and by the RT2 commuter line via Tarragona. From the airport you would first take the R2 Nord to Sants. Plana's coach from T1 and T2 also stops at PortAventura. Either way, check the current timetable, as services change with the season.
- Can you pick us up from the PortAventura Convention Centre after a conference?
- Yes. The Convention Centre is on Avinguda Alcalde Pere Molas in Vila-seca, within the resort and close to its hotels. Give us the venue as the pickup address and the time your sessions finish. If you're travelling as a team, tell us how many people and bags there are so we send a car or van that fits everyone; if the agenda changes, update the pickup time with us.
