Frequently asked questions

Palamós to Barcelona Airport: how long is the journey and how many kilometres?

The trip is about 127 km and 85–100 minutes door to door, depending on traffic. The fixed price from €219 covers the whole route — no meter, no surprises.

Is the price fixed or can it change?

The price is completely fixed from €219. No meter and no hidden tolls, and the standard luggage you declare when booking is included. Special luggage (skis or a board, a bike, golf clubs or suitcases beyond those declared) has its own published rate on our extras page and is added before you pay. What you see when booking is what you pay.

What time should I be picked up to catch my flight?

The drive to Barcelona Airport takes about 85–100 minutes, depending on traffic. Airlines usually recommend arriving 2 hours before a European flight and 3 hours before a long-haul one, so choose your pickup time with that margin and add extra time at rush hour. You set the pickup time yourself when you book.

How many passengers and bags fit?

It depends on the category you choose. From the Economy with 4 seats to the Van XXL with 14 seats and 14 bags. Enter passengers and bags when booking: the search only shows you the vehicles where everything fits, with real seat and luggage figures. If your group is bigger than our largest vehicle, message us on WhatsApp and we quote you.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are completely free. You can manage it from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].

Is there a bus from Palamós to Barcelona Airport?

Yes. Sarfa (Moventis) runs a direct bus between Palamós and Barcelona Airport, from €19.45, with about 6 departures a day and a journey of around 2 h 35 (data checked on 13 September 2026; confirm the timetable with the operator). It leaves from the bus station and has few departures, so check the timetable if your flight is early. A private transfer collects you at your door at the time your flight requires.

What time should I be picked up in Palamós?

As a guide, about 3 hours before a European flight and 4 hours before an intercontinental one. On summer Saturdays and Sundays the roads out of the Costa Brava are busy: tell us and we will suggest an earlier pickup. The driver waits 15 minutes free of charge at the pickup address.

Can you pick me up at a campsite or at Marina Palamós?

Yes. Enter the campsite name or the marina as the pickup address. At campsites, the driver usually waits at reception, as vehicles cannot always enter the grounds. For families and groups with a lot of luggage, choose a minivan.
