Terms and Conditions — QuickPickups Driver App

1. Subject
These terms govern the use of the QuickPickups Driver mobile app ("the App"), developed and operated by QUICKPICKUPS S.L. (VAT B22944938), Barcelona, Spain. By installing and using the App, you accept these terms in full.
2. Who can use the App
The App is exclusively for professional drivers who have been accepted as collaborators by QuickPickups after an onboarding process. It is NOT open to the general public. To apply to be part of the team, visit https://quickpickups.es/p/apply.
3. Your account
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for: • Keeping your password secure. • Logging out when using the App on a shared device. • Keeping your data updated (phone, documents, vehicle). • Not assigning your account to third parties. QuickPickups may suspend or cancel your account if fraudulent use or breach of these terms is detected.
4. How services work
Through the App, you receive transport service offers from: • End clients booking directly through QuickPickups. • Partner travel agencies and booking platforms. You can accept or reject each service. Once accepted, you commit to providing it under the agreed conditions (pickup time, location, price, special instructions).
5. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation rules are defined in the current Quality Policy, which you can consult within the App. In summary: • Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice are blocked except in exceptional circumstances. • Misuse of late cancellation may generate flags and, in case of recurrence, suspension. • Client no-shows are reported according to the App procedure (timer + evidence).
6. Payments and invoicing
QuickPickups manages client payments and pays you periodically according to the calendar agreed in your contract. You will receive a monthly invoice detailing the services provided and the amounts to be charged. • Payments are made to the IBAN registered in your profile. • You have the right to dispute any incorrect settlement within 30 days of issuance. • In case of verified damages or complaints, a discount may apply according to the Quality Policy.
7. Location tracking
When ONLINE in the App or with an active ride, you accept that your location is shared with QuickPickups and the partner agencies of the corresponding ride. This is a technical condition essential to operate. When you are OFFLINE and without an active ride, the App does not send location data. 8. Service quality
You must provide all services with the highest professional quality: • Punctuality at the place and time of pickup. • Clean vehicle, in good condition, with documents in order. • Courteous and professional treatment of the client. • Compliance with specific booking instructions (signs, meet & greet, etc.). Non-compliance can generate flags, complaints, discounts or, in serious cases, suspension of your account.
9. Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to: • Falsify your location (Fake GPS, mock location). The App detects these attempts. • Accept services without intending to provide them. • Make off-the-books payments outside of QuickPickups. • Request tips or surcharges from the client. • Offer the client parallel services outside the platform. • Share account credentials with third parties. • Use the App with a vehicle different from the registered one. Non-compliance results in immediate suspension and, in serious cases, legal action.
10. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design, logos, and content are the property of QUICKPICKUPS S.L. and are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
11. Liability
QuickPickups provides the App "as is" and reserves the right to modify features, suspend service for maintenance, or deactivate old versions. We are not responsible for: • Damages arising from misuse of the App by the driver. • Data loss due to device or operating system errors. • Service outages caused by external providers (Google, Mapbox, etc.). Driver responsibilities to the end client are regulated by mandatory civil liability insurance.
12. Suspension and cancellation
QuickPickups may: • Suspend your account temporarily to investigate an incident. • Definitively cancel your account for serious breach of these terms or the Quality Policy. You may request the cancellation of your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation respects the legal periods of retention of tax data.
13. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated. When we do, we will notify you through the App and by email. Significant changes may require your new acceptance within the App.
14. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
