Drive with QuickPickups in Barcelona
We are a private transfer company. Bookings reach us already paid, from international agencies and from our own website; you do the driving and we handle the customer, the invoice and the collection. Before anything else, here is what we offer, in writing.

The month after the service, by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us. This is the term written into the contract you sign, not a promise made on this page.
No signup fee, no monthly fee and no exclusivity: you can carry on with your own customers and other platforms.
The passenger has already paid online before getting in the car. You handle no cash, negotiate no prices and never depend on someone carrying money.
No middlemen taking a cut along the way. Jobs are either assigned to you or published in the app for the drivers who meet that trip’s requirements.
And what we will not promise you. We will not tell you how many jobs you will get each month: that depends on the season, your vehicle and your availability. What is fixed in writing is when and how you get paid, and that starting costs you nothing.
What happens after you apply
You send the application
Using the form below. Only the first three fields are required; the rest saves us having to call you to ask.
A person reviews it
Applications go into a queue and someone on the team reads them, one by one. There is no automated filter.
We email you
If you are a good fit, you get a personal link from [email protected] to complete your registration. That link is yours alone.
You upload your documents and sign
ID, driving licence, transport licence and vehicle papers. You choose how you invoice and you sign the contract. After that, jobs start arriving in the app.

It takes a couple of minutes. If you are in a hurry, fill in just the first three fields and send it.
What we will ask you for
None of this is needed right now. We ask for it if we move forward, so you know up front what is involved.
- Valid ID or NIE
- Category B driving licence, held for some years
- Taxi licence, VTC licence or BTP card
- Vehicle registration, technical inspection and insurance
- Enough English to greet and see off a passenger
However you invoice, it works
All three cases are covered and the system guides you through the tax details for yours. You do not have to decide today.
You are self-employed
You invoice us directly. This is the most common case.
You have a company
We invoice your company, and you can register your own drivers.
You are an employee
We invoice your employer's company. You do not need to register as self-employed.
How we work
Waiting time, with a written rule
At the airport you wait up to 60 minutes from the flight landing; at the port and at Sants, 30; at any other pickup, 15. If the passenger never shows up, the no-show fare is paid.
Flights tracked on our side
We track the passenger's flight and adjust the pickup time when it is delayed, so you never turn up at a time that no longer applies.
Fleet authorised by the AMB
We operate with vehicles and licences in order within the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
