- Which car will I get?
- The model you book: Mercedes-Benz E-Class (Business), V-Class (Business Van) or S-Class (First Class). In the premium range the model is guaranteed, not “or similar”.
- How far ahead do I need to book?
- The premium range is booked a few days ahead; the booking form shows the exact hours for each car. If you need one sooner, message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will tell you whether we can cover it.
- Will the chauffeur wait if my flight is late?
- Yes. We track your flight and the waiting time counts from the actual landing: 60 minutes free at the airport, with your chauffeur in arrivals holding a name sign.
- Can I book by the hour?
- Yes. Your chauffeur stays with you for the booked time, with several stops or meetings, at an hourly price agreed in advance.
- Do you issue invoices to companies?
- Yes, with company name, VAT number and VAT breakdown. Email us your billing details and we will send it over.
