How many people fit in one private transfer?

Our standard sedan seats up to 4 passengers with luggage. For larger groups we offer 6- and 8-seat minivans, so cruise groups and families can travel together in one vehicle.

Can you look up my ship's terminal and arrival time?

Yes — tell us your ship's name at booking and we'll match it to its exact Moll Adossat terminal (A, B, C, D, E or Helix), so your driver waits at the right gate, not a distant car park.

Which cruise terminals do you serve?

All of them: Terminals A, B, C, D (Palacruceros) and E (Helix) on Moll Adossat, plus the World Trade Center North and South terminals and the MSC terminal at Port Vell. Tell us your ship’s name and we confirm the right one.

What if I don't know my ship's boarding time yet?

That's fine — give us the ship name and sailing date when you book, and we'll set a pickup time with enough margin before your line's typical boarding window. If the exact time is confirmed closer to the date, we adjust the pickup for free.

Is there public transport from the airport to the cruise port?

No direct line. Reaching Moll Adossat or the WTC terminals by bus or metro means at least one change plus a walk from the nearest stop — workable with a backpack, risky with cruise luggage and a fixed boarding deadline.

My flight lands the same day my cruise sails — how much margin should I leave?

We generally recommend landing by midday if your ship sails that evening. Give us your flight number and we track it in real time; if your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup automatically so you still reach the terminal with margin.
