1. Scope of Service
QuickPickups offers private transport services (VTC/taxi) in Barcelona, including transfers to El Prat Airport (BCN), cruise port, intercity transfers and hourly services, subject to availability and booking confirmation.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
Bookings are made online or via WhatsApp/email. A booking is confirmed once written confirmation is received from QuickPickups. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are fixed, no hidden costs, included in the booking confirmation. Payment is made by card through Stripe. Prices include VAT.
4. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service. Within the final 24 hours the booking cannot be cancelled online: contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will review it case by case. Modifications are communicated via email or WhatsApp. See the details on "How it works".
5. Flight Tracking
We monitor your flight in real time. In case of delay, we will wait at no extra cost for up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time.
6. Liability
We hold mandatory civil liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic or other external factors.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The competent courts of Barcelona shall resolve any dispute.
