How payment works
Your transfer is booked and paid online at the time of booking, at the fixed price shown — there is no meter, no card machine in the car, and no cash handed to the driver. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, including tolls and luggage; nothing is added at the end of the trip.
Do you need to tip the driver?
No. Tipping is not expected, and drivers do not ask for it — your fare is already settled online before you travel. As in most of Spain, tipping taxi and transfer drivers is a matter of personal choice rather than a fixed percentage or social obligation; rounding up or leaving a couple of euros for particularly good service is appreciated but entirely optional, never assumed.
What "meet & greet" actually means
Your driver waits inside the public arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a sign with your name — the same setup whether you land at Terminal 1 or any of Terminal 2’s three arrivals halls. Before you land, you receive your driver’s name and phone number by message, so you can call or message directly if you do not spot them straight away.
What if my flight is delayed?
