Group transport is the service QuickPickups was built around. When a team, a delegation or a tour lands in Barcelona, the last thing anyone wants is to hunt for taxis at the rank and hope everyone ends up at the same hotel around the same time. We handle the whole movement as a single job: airport, hotel or station to the destination and back, with capacity reserved ahead and a price fixed before the day.
One booking instead of a scramble
Split a group across separate cabs and you get separate fares, separate routes and separate arrival times. Book it as a group and you get the opposite: one contact who knows the plan, drivers briefed together, and a single agreed total with no meters running. If the numbers change, we adjust the vehicle count rather than the promise.
The right vehicle mix
Our workhorse is the Mercedes V-Class, which seats up to 7 or 8 passengers and still leaves genuine room for cases. For larger parties we run several vans in convoy under the same booking, so a squad of forty travels as comfortably as a family of four. It is almost always cheaper per head than a string of individual taxis, and far easier to control.
